Job Title:

Senior Procurement Specialist

This role involves working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality procurement services. Key responsibilities include facilitating IT project approvals, processing invoices, contributing to process improvements, liaising with global stakeholders, and providing procurement services.

About the Role:

  • Analyze and process IT procurement requests in accordance with Group Procurement Policies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to provide procurement services that meet business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with IT vendors and internal clients globally to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide expert procurement advice and guidance to Functional/Business stakeholders.
  • Support IT RFx sourcing projects and vendor comparison analyses.
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and handle payment queries efficiently.
  • Maintain a repository of vendor contracts, procurement documentation, and invoices.
  • Prepare and publish regular management reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Procurement Analyst.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IT industry procurements and sound knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools to manage data and perform calculations.
  • Proven track record of effective vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to process large volumes of requests and perform routine tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English language to communicate with international teams and stakeholders.
