Medical Sales Representative Job Description:

This role is focused on promoting bioart nutraceutical and skincare products to healthcare professionals, fostering brand adoption and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our products to dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, wellness practitioners, and clinical professionals through regular field visits and educational sessions.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations and gather feedback from practitioners.
  • Maintain an updated database of HCPs and ensure timely follow-ups for effective relationship-building.
  • Organize product demonstrations, CME sessions, and practitioner training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Report field activities, competitor insights, and practitioner feedback to the team for informed decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting practices.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with strong product knowledge in nutraceuticals, wellness, or dermatology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical field sales preferred.
