Our team is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to oversee the production of high-quality ammunition.

Job Overview:

This role involves ensuring that our manufacturing process meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in quality control systems, ammunition manufacturing processes, and industry standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality control systems and procedures, conducting regular audits and inspections, analyzing and interpreting quality data, and training quality control personnel.

A strong understanding of business operations, leadership skills, and effective communication techniques is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures specific to ammunition manufacturing
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes
  • Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Train and mentor quality control personnel
  • Work with suppliers to establish and maintain quality requirements
  • Establish and maintain accurate documentation for quality control activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce waste
  • Maintain effective communication with management, production teams, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in quality control or related field
  • Strong understanding of ammunition manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and relevant industry standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of quality control personnel
