Job Overview

The Associate Director role is pivotal in driving the company's strategic objectives by spearheading advanced management services.

Responsibilities encompass managing a team, overseeing project lifecycle phases, including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.

Key duties include providing formal supervision to employees, monitoring training and development, conducting performance evaluations and coaching, and overseeing recruitment and hiring processes.

Additionally, the Associate Director coordinates daily team activities, establishes work schedules, assigns tasks, and cross-trains staff members.

They set and track staff and department deadlines, mentor and coach as needed, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout.

Other responsibilities include monitoring billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring and control, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA analysis.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations are preferred.

Desirable qualities include experience in areas such as staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.

Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, with the ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information.
