Job Description

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans, leveraging cutting-edge tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Blazemeter. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying bottlenecks, collaborating with development teams, and providing actionable insights for system optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust performance test plans, strategies, and scripts to ensure optimal system performance under various load conditions.
  • Conduct thorough load, stress, and endurance tests to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and system architects to integrate performance goals into Agile environments.
Analysis & Optimization
  • Monitor system performance, analyze test results, and provide detailed reports highlighting areas for optimization.
  • Offer expert guidance on performance improvements and system tuning to development teams.
Tooling & Frameworks
  • Build and maintain high-performance testing frameworks, integrating them seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Utilize performance monitoring tools and develop custom automation scripts to streamline processes.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted performance advisor within Agile teams, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing.
