A Tech Lead is needed for a challenging role that involves building AI and ML-driven scalable solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional who can design, develop, and deliver software solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in system design and scalable architectures, as well as hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • Work directly with customers—understanding their needs and making sure we deliver real outcomes.
  • Lead projects end-to-end: planning, execution, deployment, and support.
  • Mentor and support engineers so they grow along with the team.
What We're Looking For
  • 7–9 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions.
  • Strong skills in Python, system design, and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Someone who has worked in customer-facing or consulting roles and can explain tech in simple words.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
