Job Title

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Agency Partner Manager. This position requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and manage agency partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate regulatory trainings and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly choreographies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings with agency partners to discuss progress, goals, and challenges.
  • Implement income and goal-setting exercises for the month.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and advisors to source insurance policies.
  • Drive business submissions and issuances.
  • Clear pending cases for documentation and medicals.
  • Train distributors on improving first-time right submission percentages.
  • Achieve monthly objectives and targets.
  • Motivate advisors and agency partners through contests and sales enablers.
  • Provide daily updates on business status and applicability in contests.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders, including customers and distributors.
  • Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Foster focused efforts to drive renewal premium collection.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate or MBA/PG degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of agency channel experience in life insurance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
