As a seasoned Area Growth Leader, you will spearhead Sales and Distribution in the region, driving sales performance efficiently.The role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for secondary and primary management, distributor management, team management, distribution management, growth management, spend management, and people management.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement distributor operations strategies, motivate channel partners for evolved business, and ensure timely supply to retailers.
  • Manage inventory at distributors and overall geography, create process adherence for stock condition, and handle secondary claims effectively.
  • Oversee secondary and primary management of the geography, track sales progression, and ensure weekly progress monitoring.
  • Evaluate availability of all SKUs, develop new products and growth opportunities, manage CFA, and track competition in the region.
  • Optimize channel-specific approaches, trade load planning, and sales return management processes.
  • Create a healthy work environment across the region, track expenses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales & distribution in FMCG Industry.
  • In-depth geography knowledge.
