- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distributor operations strategies, motivate channel partners for evolved business, and ensure timely supply to retailers.
- Manage inventory at distributors and overall geography, create process adherence for stock condition, and handle secondary claims effectively.
- Oversee secondary and primary management of the geography, track sales progression, and ensure weekly progress monitoring.
- Evaluate availability of all SKUs, develop new products and growth opportunities, manage CFA, and track competition in the region.
- Optimize channel-specific approaches, trade load planning, and sales return management processes.
- Create a healthy work environment across the region, track expenses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales & distribution in FMCG Industry.
- In-depth geography knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
