Key Account Operations Manager

The role of the Operations Manager in Direct Sales Processes is pivotal for ensuring seamless coordination between dealers, vendors, and the sales team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining high productivity levels, and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives.

  • Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the sales team to meet operational requirements.
  • Follow up on renewals and new acquisitions to ensure timely order processing in the CRM.
  • Manage subscriptions for various publications and maintain accurate records.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials and other related items.
  • Optimize backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
  • Implement orders as per established guidelines.
  • Monitor and prepare timely reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Marathi languages.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
