Process Enhancement Specialist

- Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify areas for enhancement and recommend targeted solutions.
- Design and implement strategic process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, to drive data-driven decision making.
- Implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and minimize process variation.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Lead process validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to production teams on processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process engineering principles, technologies, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as chemical engineering or mechanical engineering, is required. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication and project management skills.
