Performance Excellence Specialist

As a Performance Excellence Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering high-caliber results across all performance metrics. You will conduct thorough assessments of calls, chats, and email interactions to enhance scores for training throughput or conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and provide actionable feedback to targeted populations to improve scores for training throughput or conversion.
  • Perform data analysis and create in-depth reports/decks to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.
  • Communicate the importance of exceptional customer experience.
  • Make recommendations and drive process improvements to reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Interact with customers/clients using process knowledge and highlighting key areas to work on.
  • Prepare TNA, publish, and execute for 100% closure.
  • Provide real-time support (production/live support) as per business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in handling quality for outbound sales accounts is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of audit and coaching processes.
  • Superior writing and comprehension skills.
  • Extremely good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of English communication, including sentence construction, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Effective presentation, feedback, and coaching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer orientation and customer service attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and high energy levels.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
  • Ability to handle/analyze data to generate quantitative and qualitative analysis.
