Job Title: Senior Executive Client Servicing

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team in client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their brand identity, core values, and unique selling propositions (USPs) to execute effective campaigns.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Quality Check: Conduct quality checks and post content on social media platforms.
  • Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, conduct competitive and industry analysis to understand the brand positioning, target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively.
  • Reports and Time Management: Ensure timely collection of data and inputs from functional teams for report creation, follow internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.
  • Vendor Management: Invoicing and follow-up on payments, maintain relevant trackers with accurate information.

Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or other productivity software.
