Job Title: Category Strategy ExecutiveAt our organization, we're looking for an accomplished professional to spearhead apparel categories and drive business growth throughout the seasons.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the category end-to-end, balancing fashion, analytics, and strategy.
  • Pricing & Revenue Management: Oversee profitability at the category level, plan pricing, discounts, and margins aligned with growth targets, identify growth levers, and monitor revenue performance.
  • Inventory Planning & Control: Forecast demand based on data, seasonality & trends, ensure healthy inventory levels to reduce stock-outs & dead stock, partner with sourcing & production for timely replenishments.
  • Assortment Strategy & Sales Planning: Develop collections that align with customer demand & brand identity, plan product mix across price points, characters & collections, track SKU-level performance to boost conversions and sell-through.

Our goal is to reimagine what kidswear should look and feel like. We're building a premium kidswear brand with ultra-soft fabrics and bold, pop culture-inspired collections featuring Marvel, Minions & more.
