Job Title: Structural Geologist

Structural geologists are required to work in the upstream oil & gas sector.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fault framework analysis, generation of structural cross-sections and structural maps.

They should possess basic knowledge of geomechanics with focus on stress and strain analysis, rock mechanics, and fluid flow.

A master's or Ph.D. degree in geology or earth science in one of the following disciplines is required: structural geology or basin analysis.

Responsibilities include mapping of regional and local structural fault framework (2D and 3D) using seismic.

This is a full-time opportunity for a structural geologist with expertise in the upstream oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating knowledge of relevant geological principles and practices.
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure delivery of high-quality results.
  • Reviewing and revising data and documentation as needed.
