Job Title: Managing Principal

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Executive Director to oversee a large-scale portfolio, focused on serving Banking and Finance clients in Data & AI space.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering complex Management Consulting / Solutioning projects for Banking and Finance clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project and Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector. Manage and lead a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, P&L management, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.
  • Management Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead Sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations. Drive the expansion of the portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive large teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Client Management: Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, particularly at the executive level.
  • Banking and Finance Expertise: Ability to provide strategic consulting and advisory services, particularly around digital transformation.
  • Project Delivery: Solid understanding of delivery methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and traditional project management.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills with experience handling budgets of over $10-15 million USD.
