Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Client Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their goals, and translating them into actionable plans.

You will oversee campaign execution, timelines, and quality, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will support pitches, presentations, and idea approvals, streamlining processes for better efficiency.
