About this role:

The Associate Director will be instrumental in devising strategic processes, guiding the counselling teams, and driving growth initiatives.

The charter for this role includes:

  • Managing a regional account for your team of counsellors.
  • Leading a team of counsellors and team managers by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key metrics, creating a superlative work culture, bringing customer focus, and leading to exponential growth.
  • Working cohesively with colleagues to develop strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Auditing, overlooking, and implementing operations initiatives for the organization and efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leveraging independence and decision-making autonomy to drive team growth by owning end-to-end processes from acquisition to conversion.

Ideal candidates would have:

  • 5+ years of experience in study abroad industry.
  • 10+ years of experience managing P&L with a team of professionals.
  • Experience scaling teams and designing processes across companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Operational excellence – defining, monitoring, improving processes and metrics.
  • Managing stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Built a strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
