Job Title: Key Business Strategy Executive

The General Manager – Operations plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end operations, leveraging strategic planning to enhance sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.

About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader to lead daily operations across hypermarket and supermarket stores in Kerala. You will be responsible for driving profitability, customer footfall, and ensuring optimal inventory levels and supply chain coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations across all hypermarket and supermarket stores in Kerala.
• Drive the profitability and customer footfall by developing and implementing effective strategies.
• Collaborate with store managers and frontline staff to maintain high standards in store presentation/layout, service, and hygiene.
• Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:
A Graduate/Postgraduate in Business or Retail Management is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in hypermarkets. Strong leadership, commercial, and operational skills are essential for success in this role.
