ICE Encompass Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Encompass Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). They will be responsible for serving as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls. They will also manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.

  • Configure and customize Encompass workflows and configurations.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

System Maintenance & Upgrades

The Encompass Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and testing system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology. They will monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management

The Encompass Administrator will support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking). They will ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management

The Encompass Administrator will ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies. They will support audits and system usage reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
