Job Description:

This role involves managing a frontline team of customer service associates to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing various tasks related to customer relationships, contract management, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers at all levels. You should also have a strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to make independent decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Basic Food Hygiene certification or willingness to obtain
  • Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification
