Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel patients on treatment options, packages, and post-treatment care, ensuring they are fully informed and empowered to make decisions.
  • Convert patient inquiries into registrations/bookings, streamlining the patient flow process.
  • Explain complex medical concepts in clear, concise terms, alleviating anxiety and fear.
  • Maintain follow-ups with patients to ensure timely decision-making and admission.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for efficient patient coordination.
  • Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets set by management, driving business growth and success.
  • Document patient interactions, counselling reports, and feedback for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance patient awareness and reach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (healthcare/management preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred).
