
Patient Services Manager

We seek an experienced professional to lead and manage patient services with a focus on operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create standardized processes for Front Office, Admission, and Discharge operations.
- Plan and optimize manpower deployment across all patient care areas.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Supervise front office operations and staff daily.
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills.
- Oversee departmental operations, including staffing levels and process evaluation.
- Analyze operating procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's in Hospital Administration or related field, with 12+ years of experience.
- Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing Outpatient services.
- Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead large teams.
- Patient-Centric Approach: Commitment to delivering efficient and high-quality patient experiences.
- Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Ability to plan for department growth.
