The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets. This role requires navigating complex situations with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

  • Manage global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive project maps and resource allocation plans.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client interactions and ensure transparent communication.
  • Develop project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee key project metrics: effort, timeline, and quality.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
  • Closely coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on goals.
  • Review deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
