Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing heavy fabrication components using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop 3D models & 2D drawings of heavy fabrication components (frames, booms, arms, chassis, brackets, sheet metal).
  • Perform strength, tolerance, and weld design calculations.
  • Ensure manufacturability of designs with respect to cutting, bending, machining, and welding processes.
  • Prepare BOMs, technical specifications, and release drawings for production.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and customer standards.
Requirements
  • Hands-on expertise in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and Key Creator Atlas.
  • GD&T, welding symbols, fabrication process knowledge.
  • Experience in heavy steel structures & assemblies.
