Lead Large Client Accounts
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large and complex client accounts. This includes managing internal and external stakeholders from implementation to ongoing administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of ongoing delivery while serving as a liaison between internal teams and clients
- Leading the delivery of administrative services for large and complex client accounts, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time or proactively communicating status if deadlines may be missed
- Communicating and consulting with clients on issues, legislative changes, and other service delivery functions using a consultative approach
- Keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of progress and issues on the account continuously
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of at least one server-side language and REST/SOAP APIs
- Ability to monitor current processes using SQL queries to ensure proper functioning
- Familiarity and experience working in Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities critical to success
- Good understanding of software technologies, SDLC processes, and project management tools
