We're Hiring: Senior Account Manager | Captive Insurance Accounting

Join a high-performing, globally connected team that manages end-to-end accounting and compliance for leading captive insurance clients. We're looking for a Senior Account Manager with strong accounting expertise and a sharp eye for regulatory compliance to support client operations across multiple international locations.

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain client financial statements and accounting records
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Handle premium tax returns, solvency monitoring, and capital adequacy tracking
  • Manage banking & investment reconciliations and treasury functions
  • Assist with audits and liaise with client company auditors
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and business plans
  • File insurance and tax returns, and handle regulatory filings in the respective domicile

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of accounting experience (Insurance/Captive accounting preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar general ledger software
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills
