Personal Branding Strategist

Type of Role: Full-Time, On-Site

Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a skilled Specialist to develop and oversee personal branding strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Personal Brands: Create and implement personalized branding plans that align with clients' professional personas and goals.
  • Lead a Team: Guide and manage interns to ensure seamless execution of activities.
  • Content Review: Oversee the quality of posts, comments, and engagement plans created by interns.
  • Training: Use your expertise to train interns in best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics.
  • Engagement Supervision: Monitor interactions to ensure timely and professional responses across platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data to measure strategy success, identify areas for improvement, and present results to clients.
  • Stay Updated: Stay current on industry trends to maintain clients' competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing profiles, creating content, and engaging audiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and guide a team to achieve results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to create impactful strategies and oversee their implementation.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills to guide content creation.
  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth understanding of social media as a platform.
  • Analytics: Familiarity with analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Hands-On Experience: You've done it all yourself before and can confidently train others.
