Job Description:

The key objective of this role is to oversee the end-to-end US F&A General Ledger month close process, encompassing submission of Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis. This involves preparation of Balance sheets, Income Statements and Accruals movements, as well as guiding the preparation of monthly financial accounts in line with established SOPs and processes.

The ideal candidate will also assist in the preparation of year-end books for audit purposes, Liaise with auditors for interim and final audits, and ensure a smooth completion of the same. Additionally, they will implement suitable internal control systems within the department.

Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining detailed cash flow analyses, analysing monthly financial statements, and communicating analysis to management upon request. The candidate must also ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for relevant entities.

Reconciliation of bank accounts and assigned general ledger accounts is also a critical task. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively with management and colleagues, demonstrate ability to work independently, and exhibit good judgment and problem-solving skills.
