Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations for our US clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of finance professionals providing support to multiple US clients.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Bank Reconciliation, Month-End/Quarter-End/Year-End Closures, and Financial Reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX compliance, and client-specific guidelines.
  • Act as primary point of contact for US clients – manage expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide training and mentorship to team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently.
  • Review team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle transitions and onboarding of new client processes, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and ramp-up.
  • Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare management reports and present insights and status updates to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
