Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to drive quality excellence and deliver Delivery Assurance/Quality-related training.

The ideal candidate will have good experience in software delivery models, SDLC assessments, process maturity implementation and provide early warnings to improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management.
  • Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the projects/programs.
  • Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions.
  • Collaborate across functions to drive quality excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Delivery Lead or Quality Assurance and Quality Control Lead.
  • Sound understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies including Agile/Kanban/Scrum.
  • Expertise in Quality Management activities, including audits and assessments.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication.
