Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven, analytical professional to lead our paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to drive real revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Own weekly client reporting and strategic reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results.
  • Run A/B tests and optimise creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for budget reallocation and scaling strategies.

Requirements:

  • 6–9 years of experience in a digital marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce.
  • Experience in B2C companies with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing ad spend of $5K+ monthly per client.
  • Ability to think beyond click-through rate (CTR) and have a deep understanding of ROAS, margins, and funnel bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
  • Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably.
  • Reducing CAC without hurting conversions.
  • Driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory.
