Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Specialist - Quality Operations (GQS I). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage complaints and deviations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Perform QA approver duties for delegated tasks.
  • Track and extend complaint/actions as per requirements.
  • Participate in meetings/discussions between sites and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve quality and efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory.
  • Strong knowledge of GxP and basic IT skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Pharmacy/Science/MBA/Engineering/equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
