**Job Title:** Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

About this Opportunity

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our digital banking products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements to identify testing needs
  • Develop high-quality test cases to validate product functionality
  • Execute test cases and develop traceability matrices (RTM) to ensure thorough testing
  • Document and track test cases to facilitate easy reference and analysis
  • Design and execute product test cases for multiple products
  • Conduct system, integration, and regression testing to identify defects
  • Identify, document, and report defects with severity and priority
Requirements
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong software testing concepts and experience in STLC, SDLC, and Bug Life Cycle
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor with regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in digital banking or financial services projects
