Job Title: Senior Lead Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering Transformation to join our team in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product architecture, large programs, and agile methodologies.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a deep understanding of engineering practices and the ability to drive cultural transformation within our organization. As a Senior Lead Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for defining the way teams should be organized and working, while ensuring alignment with wider stakeholders. You will also act as an advisor and partner by understanding and aligning on goals, objectives, and outcomes, co-creating the product delivery roadmap, and resolving impediments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define the way teams should be organized and working, ensuring alignment with wider stakeholders.
  2. Act as an advisor and partner by understanding and aligning on goals, objectives, and outcomes.
  3. Cocreate the product delivery roadmap by defining and prioritizing MVP and features, and resolving impediments.
  4. Facilitate adoption of relevant engineering practices and interventions to improve pace and productivity, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Drive cloud transformation for enterprises by leading teams in building cloud-native applications.
  6. Establish effective use of tools to visualize the flow of work and aid the product management, engineering, and governance process.
  7. Experience around change management to effectively define and manage constructs around outcomes, milestones in context of agile product/program delivery.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  1. The ability to understand and deep dive into product, architecture, engineering, and way of working to effectively engage with the team, facilitate/own resolution of impediments, and provide hands-on leadership during critical stages.
  2. Natural inclination to lead, influence, coach teams, including customer & partner stakeholders, to promote appreciation of agile values and engineering practices and importance of quicker and faster delivery of value, whilst maintaining focus on goals and outcomes.
  3. Experience in leading engineering and cloud transformation programs.
  4. The ability to pivot around agile values and leverage strong knowledge of methodologies to create a product delivery model best suited for customer organizations and needs.
  5. Promote a culture of continuous planning, across different horizons, and adapting or responding based on critical reflections.
  6. A strong appreciation and understanding of global delivery models.
  7. Experience delivering medium to large programs (~100-200 FTE or $10-15 M) using agile methodologies.
