About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Services Solution Architect to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will be responsible for formulating and leading technical support activities for prospective clients and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Solution Architects.
  • Focus on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions.
  • Develop productivity tools and training for other Solution Architects.
  • Develop and deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
  • Lead any and all aspects of the technical sales process.
  • Advise internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of work experience on Oracle technologies.
  • 7+ years of experience as a pre-sales consultant or solution architect.
  • Extensive experience working in an IT services organization with good knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • A willingness to travel within India.
  • Strong client-facing experience.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience working in an IT services organization as a pre-sales consultant or a solution architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of one of the Oracle Applications (PeopleSoft/EBS/Siebel/Hyperion) and Oracle SaaS applications.
  • Experience working on complex solutions related to managed services and good knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Ability to showcase and discuss a range of customer solution designs internally within Oracle and externally to customers.
  • Experience gathering customer requirements, solution building, and the ability to replicate solutions across customers.
Career Level - IC5
