Job Opportunity: Pre Sales Professional

Harman seeks a skilled professional to engage directly with potential customers, gather requirements, estimate effort, cost, and schedules. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with potential customers to gather requirements and estimates.
  • Plan RTL logic design and verification projects.
  • Work closely with senior engineer technical leaders to direct project teams and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contribute as an individual contributor or project leader depending on the project size and scope.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer interfacing and pre-sale skills.
  • Proposal writing, presentation, and tuning.
  • RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior technical contributor.
  • Good hands-on knowledge of Test Bench creation, configuration, and UVM methodologies.
  • Experience in developing verification environments and performing complete verification on design blocks, sub-systems, and full SoCs.
  • Proven experience with customer interfacing and collaborative teamwork.
  • Contributed to multiple project tapeouts.
  • Hands-on experience with design of complex SOC designs.
  • Intimate knowledge of tools, flows, and methodologies required to execute design projects.
  • FPGA Design and Verification Knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with different protocols.
  • Ability to create and drive proposals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
