Job Opportunity: Facilities Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will take ownership of managing hub operations, including defining scope and key result areas (KRAs) for team members.
  • They will communicate and coordinate with immediate management for day-to-day activities and direct reporting to the regional head on a daily basis.
  • The facilities support specialist will be responsible for monitoring and reporting key project activities, plans, and progress, as well as managing calls and discussions.
  • End-to-end administrative activities management and team coordination are also essential duties.
  • The successful candidate will ensure zero incidents on exam days related to admin services and help with recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
  • They will define and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the admin team within the hub.
  • A strong understanding of facility compliance and operations is required, as well as experience in conflict management and vendor management skills.
  • The facilities support specialist should be willing to work, learn, and perform under extreme pressure and have good liaisoning skills with local government departments.
