Job Opportunity: Test Automation Lead

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing processes, developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, advising best practices and optimizations throughout the testing lifecycle, collaborating with fellow engineers to develop test plans and create extensive test cases, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery, and leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust testing processes
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using JavaScript
  • Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout the testing lifecycle
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop test plans and create extensive test cases
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in test automation and leadership roles
  • Strong hands-on skills in designing, building, and maintaining automated testing frameworks
  • Skilled in automated testing and experienced in writing and maintaining automated test cases
  • Proficient in test documentation development and integration into Agile QA processes
  • Hands-on expertise in integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledgeable in SQL, Java, and related systems
  • Experienced in Agile frameworks, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement practices
  • Leadership background in mentoring and guiding automation engineers
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
