We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Supplier Service Hub Analyst.
Responsibilities:- Resolve cases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist vendors/internal employees with queries.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all responses.
- Follow up on pending cases.
- Coordinate among teams for timely resolution.
- Take ownership of cases and meet performance metrics.
- Monitor and respond to critical queries without delay.
- Operate and adhere to established controls.
- Maintain and enrich the knowledge base.
- University graduate with a degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a service desk role, preferably in accounting or a related department.
- Proven ability to resolve queries and issues effectively.
- Strong queue management skills.
- Effective escalation management techniques.
- Excellent customer care and team player abilities.
- Proficiency in Purchase to Pay SAP application.
- Excellent communication skills, including business communication and email etiquette.
- Customer-centric behavior with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Strong service desk experience with a proven track record.
- Good understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Knowledge of invoice processing and vendor reconciliation procedures.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and think critically.
- Email queue management skills.
