**Area General Manager Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area General Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network across designated regions.

  • Market Identification & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the regional manager to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion and conduct detailed market research to analyze building material data.
  • Identify key growth opportunities and develop effective strategies for successful onboarding of franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 1. Market Identification & Strategy: Collaborate with the regional manager to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion.

  2. 2. Team Management & Collaboration: Manage and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze, and call leads from potential areas.

  3. 3. Lead Generation & Meetings: Scrutinize and shortlist the potential franchise profiles that align with our standards and oversee the scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.

  4. 4. Area Visits & Prospect Engagement: Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.

  5. 5. Franchise Conversion & Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by converting the right profiles into franchise partners and ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within set timelines.

  6. 6. Performance Management: Achieve franchise onboarding targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
