Leadership Role for Graduate Programs

This role oversees the student academic journey from admissions through graduation, ensuring alignment with institutional strategy and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a vision for graduate program portfolios.
  • Oversee recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, course planning.
  • Provide operational support to Program Leads.
  • Lead data analytics efforts on enrollment and program effectiveness.
  • Initiate/manage student mentoring programs.
  • Serve on school leadership and university committees.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of graduate program portfolios.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • PhD in Management or Economics.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in graduate program administration.
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
