  • Drive customer outcomes through data-driven insights
  • Develop reusable playbooks that drive success

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Leading onboarding and ongoing success for our top enterprise accounts
  • Identifying and solving problems quickly and efficiently
  • Providing real-time customer insights to inform product development
  • Tracking health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals to optimize sales strategies
  • Collaborating with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays that drive revenue growth
  • Building CS processes, content, and playbooks from scratch to drive results

**What You Need to Thrive Here:**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CS/client delivery/consulting/ops
  • Proven ability to work calmly in chaos and take a proactive, scrappy approach to problem-solving
  • Persistent in achieving goals and resolving problems efficiently
