We are seeking a skilled and experienced HoReCa Channel Development Expert to join our team. As a City Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in introducing our innovative kunafas to the hospitality industry.

About the Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for the HoReCa sector to drive business growth and contribute to our company's mission. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new sales channels, and developing strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FMCG or food distribution, strong connections within the HoReCa industry, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the HoReCa market.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top restaurants, cafes, and other HoReCa establishments.
  3. Identify new sales channels and opportunities for growth, including trade shows, events, and online platforms.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or food distribution, preferably in the HoReCa sector.
  • Strong network of contacts within the HoReCa industry, including chefs, restaurateurs, and other influencers.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
