Lead a high-performance team of software developers

A highly experienced and skilled individual is required to lead a team of software developers in Java, J2EE, Springboot, Microservices, and ReactJS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership, with the ability to provide hands-on guidance and individual contribution to the team.

  • Hands-on guidance and individual contribution
  • Work closely with Managers, Technical, and Product teams
  • Develop and implement an architecture strategy
  • Foster team collaboration towards software engineering best practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Strong skills in Core JAVA and Design Principles
  • Very strong skills in J2EE with Spring, JPA, and Hibernate
  • Very strong skills in Spring Boot with RESTful Webservices and Microservices
  • Very strong skills in ReactJS and ReactNative
  • Working experience on RDBMS and MySQL databases
  • Proficient in documenting process and code using standard tools like POSTMAN and Swagger
  • Proficient with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, EC2, RDS, Mongo-DB
  • Basic understanding of Caching, Redis, and Search Index Platform, Elastic Search
