Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Leads all aspects of software development, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Collaborates closely with the team to foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and open communication.
  3. Develops and implements comprehensive strategies for task management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  4. Mentors junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring framework.
  • Proficiency in Web Services development (RESTful APIs, SaaS) and unit-testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with contemporary SDLC practices, including Git Flow, merge requests, code review, and CICD.
  • Strong understanding of Java development tooling, including Java 17+ SDK, Git, Maven, and Gradle.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS cloud services, SQL, GraphQL, Kotlin, Scala, Python, SOLID programming, pair programming, Kubernetes deployment, Docker images, and AWS CLI.
