As a technology specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing information from various sources and breaking it down into detailed components. This involves identifying gaps in the current capabilities of the organization and assessing how they impact business operations.

You will work closely with business analysts to understand business problems and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Effective communication skills are essential for eliciting requirements from diverse stakeholders and facilitating group discussions.

The role requires specifying detailed requirements using standardized templates and writing clear, concise, and accurate business specifications. Key responsibilities include documenting and maintaining requirements, working with business analysts to develop efficient solutions, and using influencing and negotiating skills effectively.

You will also be required to use business assessment tools such as feasibility studies, business cases, cost/benefit analyses, project sizing and costing, and current state analysis/needs assessments.

Additionally, you will have strong knowledge of business processes related to supported channels, experience in creating and/or participating in planning and estimating full software development life cycle activities, and proficiency in managing yourself to meet established delivery dates on multiple assignments.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, particularly in operations and/or project roles, is necessary. Familiarity with workflow applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
