Job Title: Finance Controller

We are seeking an experienced finance controller to lead our accounting operations.

  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and banking management.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, dashboards, and interpret financial & operational data for strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital requirements management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance - GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and coordination with annual audits.
  • Implement strong internal financial controls and SOPs.
  • Monitor costs, analyze margins, unit economics, and drive profitability improvements.
  • Handle vendor payments, expense approvals, and ensure financial discipline across teams.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the accounts & finance team.
  • Provide financial insights, risk analysis, and e-commerce-specific reporting (CAC, LTV, ROAS impact) to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and banking management.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
