Financial Analyst Job Description

This role involves working independently to resolve complex, open-ended questions and designing analytical models for customers.

  • We are seeking an experienced data analyst with strong technical skills in SQL, MS Excel, Python or R, and experience with A/B conversion testing.
  • A key aspect of this position is collaboration with IT and data engineering teams to ensure efficient data analysis infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering insightful reports using PowerPoint slides and have experience building dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solve complex problems by analyzing data and presenting findings to customers.
  2. Maintain accurate documentation of analytical processes and projects.
  3. Develop performance dashboards based on customer feedback.
  4. Provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Snowflake Data Cloud to generate insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data quality assurance.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members.
