**job Title**: Data Collection Specialist
**Job Purpose**:
The Data Collection Specialist will be responsible for gathering and organizing high-quality, accurate data from various sources to support research, analysis, and content creation in business and management fields. This role will require gathering business, market, and management-related data from credible sources, structuring it in a useful format for analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the collected information.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science.
- Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
- Certification in data analysis or research methodology is advantageous.

**Tools to be Familiar With**:

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Data collection tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms)
- Business data platforms (e.g., Statista, IBISWorld, Nielsen)
- Data management tools (e.g., Airtable, Tableau)

**Required Experience**:

- At least 2-5 years of experience in data collection, market research, or business intelligence.
- Proven experience in gathering data from a variety of sources and structuring it for use in reports or research.
- Experience in working with business-related datasets, financial data, or market trends.
- Familiarity with sourcing and collecting data for research on management, leadership, and business strategy topics.

**Required Knowledge/Skills**:

- Strong research skills with the ability to identify credible data sources and extract meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in data entry, organization, and cleaning to ensure quality and consistency.
- Knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools (e.g., data visualization, basic statistical methods) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data collection and reporting.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple data collection tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with business trends, market research, and management-related topics is beneficial.
- Collect and organize data from a wide range of sources, including surveys, databases, reports, and academic papers.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business and management content creation.
- Verify the credibility and accuracy of data to ensure it meets required standards.
- Collaborate with research teams, writers, and content creators to provide data insights that support business content development.
- Maintain and update data sets, ensuring timely access to the most current and relevant data.
- Assist in producing research reports and case studies that require detailed data analysis and presentation.
- Ensure data is organized and accessible, and assist in data visualization for reports and presentations.

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Pay**: ₹0.50 - ₹0.75 per data point or Based on the scope of the project.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 - 3 per week
