Requirements:

Core Technical

Python & SQL – production-ready code, advanced queries.

PySpark/Databricks/Hadoop – distributed data processing, MLflow, DAGs.

Cloud & Databases – Snowflake, Azure, AWS.

BI/Visualization – Tableau, PowerBI.

Orchestration & Streaming – Airflow, Kafka.

Deep Learning – TensorFlow/Keras (preferred).

Git – version control.

Data Science & ML

Statistics/ML – supervised & unsupervised, imbalanced lerning, regularization.

Modeling – disease prediction, AI + rule-based.

Feature Engineering – temporal, embeddings, healthcare codes (ICD, CPT, ATC, NDC).

Deployment & Monitoring – scaling, drift detection, SHAP, calibration, feedback loops.

Metrics – precision/recall, F2, PR-AUC for imbalanced data.

Healthcare Domain

Data – claims, EHR, labs, vitals, notes.

Coding – ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, ATC/NDC, Charlson/Elixhauser.

Programs – Medicare/Medicaid, Stars, value-based care.

SDOH – social & demographic integration.

Compliance – HIPAA, PHI, de-identification, k-anonymity.

Collaboration & Leadership

Independent & cross-functional work with engineers/clinicians/SMEs.

Lead POCs → enterprise-scale production.

Translate results into ROI & outcomes.

Strong communication, mentoring, documentation.
